Secretary’s Report:  Minutes posted on website.  Dave asked Debbie to forward to all coaches and members information on Respect and Fair Play.  He had a complaint from a parent regarding a game between the U-11 Boys and the U-11 Girls Team.  The parent expressed concern that the boys coach didn’t handle the game differently, the boy’s team beating the girl’s team by a large number of goals.  Cassondra was only at the game the last 15 minutes as she had to work and she expressed concern.  She wasn’t sure if she should have approached the boys coach or not.  Dave told her from now on to approach the coach, stop the game, and do whatever she had to do to protect her team.

Winter Training:  Cassondra said she hasn’t heard back from the other coaches, they had emailed back and forth after our meeting in December.  She was hoping for training the weekend of January 28th.  Dave will check with Tim and see if that weekend was available.  Debbie will send out an email to all coaches regarding training.  Each team will cost $500.00; the team is responsible for ½ of the fees.  The club will pickup the other half.
